The content of the workshop, including but not limited to presentations/lectures, PowerPoint slides, written materials, audio files videos, and online sessions can not be recorded or reproduced by any mechanical, photographic, video, or electronic processes; nor may it be stored in a retrieval system, transmitted, or otherwise copied for public or private use.
In consideration of the mutual benefits which are expected to arise out of the activities in which the participant intend to engage which is hosted by Awareness Foundation and especially the educational and other benefits which s/he expects to derive, the Facilitator, Awareness Foundation and all related persons are released from all claims and demands which s/he has, or may have, against them by reason of any injury of any nature which s/he might suffer as a result of such activities. By signing up for this program and by providing the contact details, the participant, hereby, declares that s/he enters into these activities voluntarily in an effort to increase knowledge of the subjects under investigation.
The contact information of the participant will only be used to inform her/him about upcoming offers and for internal data analysis of Awareness Foundation. Awareness Foundation will never forward or sell these information to any third party.The session may be recorded and use for educational and promotional purposes. By signing up through this page the participant is giving her/his consent for the same. Also s/he hereby commits not to share the recording of the class with anyone outside without the notice of the organizer.
