Reservation and Cancellation Policy

1. Please note the hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1200 hrs.
2. Reservation will be held until 06 pm (hotel local time) on the day of arrival unless guaranteed either by credit card, deposit or by the company letter on the approved credit list of the hotel.
3. All guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 48 hrs prior to 06 pm on the day of arrival will be subject to one night retention charge.
4. The travel agency voucher and payment must reach the hotel 45 days prior to arrival date.
5. No show guests will be charged retention fee for the number of nights reserved and confirmed.
6. Early Check-in will be charged one night's room charge & applicable taxes.
7. Late check-out will be given as per availability and charge as per hotel's policy.
8. There will not be any cancellation or refund for blackout dates (15th Nov, 25th Dec, 31st Dec, 26th Jan, etc).

Important - Photo Identity Requirement:

All guests are requested to carry a valid photo-ID card and produce the same at the time of check-in.Acceptable photo identity documents are : Driving license / Voter identity card / passport / Aadhar card.Company identity cards and photo Credit Cards and Pan Cards are not considered acceptable documents by the security authorities.This is a government regulation without which we are not permitted to take a check-in. We request your cooperation.

Most Important Terms and Conditions:

1. I agree to release my room by 12:00 noon on the date of departure. Should I fail to check out, I authorize the hotel to charge as per their policy.
2. I/We undertake my/our personal responsibility to pay/clear the entire amount of OM VILAS BENARES dues/bills at the time of check out. If the booker/agency/offline travel agency/my company/person indicate does not clear the bills before/at the time of check out, I give the right/authority to the resort to physically hold back me/up till the time the entire liability of the payment is cleared by through us, the payment will be made either debit/credit card or cash. Cheque at the time of check out will not be acceptable at all.In case of default in payment of dues by the guest, the management is entitled to a lien on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same and to sell such property to recover the said dues.
3. In case of loss/damage of any item/property of the resort by me/us the responsibility to compensate the resort lies with me/us either before or at the time of check out.
4. I/We am/are solely responsible for the safety and security of my/our personal belongings in the case of loss/damage of any items/article(s) during my/our stay in the resort, I/We will/shall not hold the resort /management responsible for the same in any circumstances. I/We shall not ask for the claim either personally or through the court of law. Since I/we have not disclosed my/our belongings to OM VILAS Resort at the time of check-in, hence I/we do not have the right to ask for compensation.
5. Safe deposit locker is available in the room; the management does not take any responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the room/lockers.
6. Non-residents guests will not be invited in my/our room without pre informing the resort in writing. Resort reserves the right to allow/reject the visitors inside the room due to security reasons.
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and around the cottages.
8. Any kind of arms/ammunitions are strictly not permitted inside the premises of the resort, if found guilty, the resort can inform the local police for the same.
9. Pets are strictly not permitted inside the premises of the resort.
10. The resort will not provide any accommodation to chauffeurs/assistants/servants.
11. I/we pledge not to play loud music which can create inconvenience to the other guests and birds residing in the premises.
12. All the given details furnished above are true to my knowledge and there are no hidden facts from the resort.
13. To maintain hotel hygiene and food safety standards outside food is not allowed.
14. Kids need to be accompanied by their parents in the play area/Swimming pool/Premises. Hotel would not be responsible for any mishap.
15. All disputes are subject to Varanasi jurisdiction.
16. No fire/induction cooking etc. is allowed in and around the cottage.
17. I hereby agree to the terms and conditions laid down by the management and pledge to adhere to it.

Extended Stay Policy

1. Additional Charges for Extended Stay: Guests wishing to extend their stay will be charged an additional amount based on the prevailing rates and occupancy levels for the additional day(s).
2. Check-out Time: The standard check-out time is 12:00 Noon. We kindly request all guests to adhere to this timing to facilitate the smooth transition of accommodations for incoming guests.
3. Extension of Check-out Time: Please be advised that if a cottage is booked for an additional day, we are unable to extend the check-out time beyond 12:00 Noon.
4. Management of Unattended Luggage: In instances where a guest is not present in their room and has not notified the hotel of a late check-out, the hotel reserves the right to remove the guest's luggage from the room to ensure the readiness of the cottage for the next guest. However, please be assured that the management takes all safety measures and recordings to ensure your satisfaction in this process.
